How to do the Mobility Flow
Step by step
- Stand tall and reach both arms overhead, then fold forward and let your spine round softly toward the floor.
- Walk your hands out to a plank, hold one breath, then push your hips back and sit toward your heels.
- Come onto hands and knees and do five slow rounds of arching and rounding your back with your breath.
- Step one foot forward into a low lunge, hold a few breaths, then switch legs.
- Finish standing with slow hip circles and slow shoulder circles through comfortable ranges.
The thing people get wrong
Move slowly and stay in ranges that feel good - a flow is about easing tension, never forcing a stretch.
Coaching cue
Spend longer on whichever position feels tightest instead of rushing to finish the round.
Make it easier or harder
- Easier: Do the standing parts only and skip the floor positions if getting down is hard.
- Harder: Add a second round and hold each position for five slow breaths.
Muscles worked
- Primary: Hips, Side delts, Core
What to do instead
Same job, different movement — useful if you don't have the equipment or it doesn't feel right today.
Daily Coach builds this into a real weekly plan. It picks the exercises for your equipment and experience, swaps around injuries you tell it about, and tracks what you actually lifted.
