Delete your Daily Coach account
You can permanently delete your Daily Coach account and all associated data at any time. Daily Coach uses a signed-in account (Google or email and password), so the fastest and most reliable way to delete everything is from inside the app while you are signed in.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Daily Coach and make sure you are signed in
- Go to Settings (gear icon on the Today screen)
- Open the Account section
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm
This immediately and permanently deletes:
- Your synced cloud data (everything stored under your account): profile, workout plans and logs, nutrition logs, weight logs, daily check-ins, coach chat history, and any AI content reports you filed
- Your authentication account (your Google or email sign-in for Daily Coach)
- All app data stored on your device
Backend technical request logs (which contain a random account ID but not your logged content) expire automatically after about 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
Cancel your subscription separately. If you subscribed to the AI features, deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app: Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Daily Coach → Cancel.
If you can no longer access the app
If you uninstalled the app or lost the device, email openctest9992@gmail.com with the subject "Daily Coach account deletion request", from the email address on your account (your Google or email sign-in address) so we can verify and locate your data. We will delete your account and data and respond within 30 days.
Partial deletion
If you want to clear your data but keep using the app, use Settings → Reset app data instead. This clears your local and synced data and restarts setup without requiring a new install.
